WhatsApp Settings
Click-to-Chat (always works)
Every lead gets a 💬 WhatsApp button that opens the chat with a pre-filled message. Works on mobile (WhatsApp app) and web (wa.me). No setup needed.
Available placeholders: {name} (lead name), {caller} (your name), {company} (company name)
Official WhatsApp Business API (optional)
For sending from your own business number without opening the app. Get credentials from business.facebook.com → WhatsApp Cloud API. Note: business-initiated messages must use approved templates.
📣 Bulk WhatsApp Broadcast
Send a message to many leads at once (requires Official API configured above). For business-initiated messages, WhatsApp requires an approved template — otherwise the first contact must come from the customer.
